We offer apprenticeships for the part-time training as educator and child care worker (m|f|d).
In the little kids education KiTas in Munich, good guidance is a matter of course and innovatively organized to prepare you strengthened and with a colorful „wealth of experience“ for your desired profession. You will gain diverse experience in the age ranges from 1 year to school enrollment and also at at least two Kita locations. The comparatively small number of children (max. 12) allows for a very broad learning field and the best development opportunities. We always train several colleagues at the same time, so that you can support each other effectively.

This is what awaits you at your KiTa job in Munich:
- Work in a small group with 10-12 children per location
- A collegial and constructive cooperation in an appreciative working atmosphere with 1-3 other pedagogical specialists

Job requirements

You have completed school and want to become an educator (m|f|d) or child care worker (m|f|d) and
- have some practical experience
- have the ability to inspire and creatively encourage children every day
- want to develop yourself further and reflect on your own pedagogical work
- see yourself as a developmental companion for the children
- like to work in a team, but also enjoy acting independently and on your own responsibility
