For our nursery settings in Munich, we are seeking an English-speaking Early Years Educator to support children aged 9 months to 3,5 years in a structured, nurturing and development-focused environment.

We believe that high-quality early education begins with strong relationships, consistency and professional standards.

• Supporting children’s English language development through everyday interaction

• Providing professional care and educational guidance for children aged 9 months to 3,5 years

• Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in English

• Creating a safe, structured and stimulating learning environment

• Observing and documenting children’s development

• Building positive and trusting relationships with parents

• Contributing to the ongoing development of our educational concept

• Qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or a related field

• You hold a qualification recognised by the Munich Department of Education and Sport (Referat für Bildung und Sport).

• Excellent spoken and written English

Please note: Official recognition and B2-level German are preferred but not mandatory.
